This specialized training course is designed to equip clergy to faithfully and effectively serve as extensions of the Pastor’s Office. Through a series of recorded plenaries and module-based lessons, this course will provide theological, practical, and pastoral instruction for those called to assist in the spiritual care and leadership of the church.
All constituent clergy will be expected to function as pastoral representatives—carrying out responsibilities that reflect the heart, voice, and mission of the Senior Pastor. These duties include, but are not limited to, preaching and teaching assignments, hospital and home visitations, public prayers, ecclesiastical leadership roles, and general congregational care.
